Zions Bank Stadium Fan Code of Conduct

At Zions Bank Stadium, we are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all guests. We encourage fans to passionately support the team through cheering, singing, and other spirited activities. However, it is essential that all behavior remains respectful toward fellow patrons, referees, players, the opposing team, and their supporters.

By entering Zions Bank Stadium, all guests agree to abide by the following Code of Conduct. Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue and/or additional sanctions.

Prohibited Conduct Includes:

Displaying or chanting any messages containing inappropriate language, including but not limited to comments related to race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, or religion.
Exhibiting political or inflammatory messaging.
Engaging in any form of misbehavior, including fighting, threatening, or harassing referees, players, staff, or fellow fans.
Possessing or using flares, fireworks, smoke bombs, sparklers, or any incendiary devices without prior, official authorization.
Participating in bullying or any form of aggressive behavior.
Consuming alcohol irresponsibly; alcohol may only be consumed by guests of legal drinking age.
Intentionally delaying the game, such as by failing to return a ball promptly, throwing objects onto the field, or attempting to access the field, tunnel, or other restricted areas.

Zions Bank Stadium enforces a strict no re-entry policy.

Zions Bank Stadium and Real Monarchs reserve the right to remove any individual who does not comply with this Code of Conduct and/or the MLS NEXT Pro Fan Code of Conduct.

MLS NEXT Pro Fan Code of Conduct

MLS NEXT Pro, its Clubs and its venues are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable match-day experience for all fans visiting MLS NEXT Pro stadiums and facilities.

MLS NEXT Pro and its Clubs are also deeply committed to fostering an inclusive environment, free of discrimination and harassment. This Fan Code of Conduct addresses conduct that is inconsistent with these goals and detracts from the match-day experience.

The following conduct is prohibited in the Stadium and all parking lots, facilities and areas controlled by the Club or MLS NEXT Pro:

i. Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, threatening or violent in nature, including verbal or physical harassment of match officials, players, staff or fans
ii. Conduct that is illegal
iii. Conduct that results in damage to the venue or other personal property
iv. Displaying signs, symbols, images, using language or making gestures that are threatening, abusive, or discriminatory, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, ability, and/or sexual orientation
v. Displaying signs, symbols or images for commercial purposes or for electioneering, campaigning or advocating for or against any candidate, political party, legislative issue, or government action
vi. Entering or attempting to enter the field, the field track, the tunnel or any other location other than that permitted by the fan’s ticket or credential
vii. Possession of an unauthorized pyrotechnic device, smoke or firework or other Prohibited Items*
viii. Throwing objects of any kind, including streamers
ix. Failing to follow requests from venue staff regarding stadium operations, policies and emergency response procedures
x. Declining to promptly return a ball that enters the stands
xi. Irresponsible use or consumption of alcohol or other substances
xii. Making unauthorized transmissions or play-by-play accounts of the match
xiii. Any behavior that otherwise targets other fans or interferes with other fans’ enjoyment of the match

Any fan who violates any of these provisions may be subject to penalty, including, but not limited to, ejection without refund, loss of ticket privileges for future matches and revocation of season tickets. Any fan who (1) conducts themselves in an extremely disruptive or dangerous manner (“Level 1 Offenses”), or (2) commits multiple violations during a 12- month period, may be banned from attending future MLS NEXT Pro matches for up to a year or longer. Level 1 Offenses include, but are not limited to, violent behavior, threatening, abusive or discriminatory conduct or language, trespassing or throwing objects onto the field, use or possession of unauthorized pyrotechnics or other dangerous Prohibited Items or illegal conduct.
Please note that MLS NEXT Pro and its Clubs reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who has engaged in harassment of match officials, opposing team members, staff or other fans or who have otherwise violated this Fan Code of Conduct using social or digital media or other forms of communication.

Prohibited Items

Any bags larger than the approved 14” x 14” x 6”; including hard sided coolers or backpacks;
Outside food or beverages unless specifically authorized by the venue;
Weapons including, but not limited to, knives, pepper spray, stun guns, concealed weapons, and firearms;
Fireworks of any kind including, but not limited to, flares, smoke bombs, incendiary devices, and pyrotechnics;
Illegal drugs or harmful chemicals;
Any missile or object that can be used as a projectile;
Aerosol cans or pressurized containers;
Professional camera equipment, including but not limited to, tripods, monopods, battery packs, large commercial video cameras;
Noisemakers, including, but not limited to, whistles and horns;
Laser pointers;
Remote controlled aircraft or unmanned aircraft systems (drones);
Hover-boards;
Selfie sticks;
Signs, banners, or flags larger than 3’ x 5’;
Inflated soccer balls;
Beach balls or other inflatable items;
Animals (excluding certified service animals with proper documentation);
Confetti;
Any other items deemed to be inappropriate and/or dangerous by the Venue Security Representative.

 

Club History

Settled at the base of the Oquirrh Mountains in beautiful Herriman, Utah, Zions Bank Training Center offers a world-class sporting environment both inside and out. Inside the largest, pre-engineered, free-standing steel structure in North America, ZBTC boasts 210,000 square feet of artificial playing surface, providing ample space for games and practices with the facility being powered by 56,000 square feet of solar paneling located on top of the facility. Outside, five pristine natural-grass fields sit along the north side of the facility where Real Salt Lake, Utah Royals, Real Monarchs, and the RSL Academy practice.

The The Herriman facility provides a prime location for sporting and event rentals for any sport. Men and women’s soccer recreational leagues take place year-round for participants of all ages. The facility is a versatile space that can host a wide variety of sporting events including wrestling tournaments, jump-rope competitions, 7-on-7 football tournaments, and lacrosse clinics. In addition to the immense playing surface, a 10,000 square foot concession area offers guests the resources to stay refreshed while at the facility. A state-of-the-art digital LED screen sits against the facilities south wall, providing the perfect setting for screening movies or displaying event information.
