Prohibited/Allowed Items
Fans may bring personal, still-photo cameras. However, video cameras, monos/tripods and professional cameras/lenses are not permitted inside the stadium.
Am I allowed to bring an umbrella to the stadium?
Umbrellas are allowed to be brought in, but may not be opened in seating areas. We recommend rain ponchos if needed.
Fans are allowed to bring in one (1) factory-sealed water bottle per person up to 32oz. All other bottles, cans, or coolers are not allowed into Zion’s Bank Stadium.
BAGS/BAG SEARCH:
For bags to enter the venue, they must be no larger than 14” x 14” x 6.” This continues to allow for small purses and bags to be brought to the venues/events. Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to: large purses, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, luggage of any kind, computer bags, camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size. The restriction does not apply to Credentialed Media, however it is recommended that all media bags are wrist-banded on entry, for easy identification during the event.

ZIONS BANK STADIUM A-Z GUIDE
ADA POLICIES: Please see the “Disabled Services” section of this guide.
AGE RESTRICTIONS: Children 3 and over require a valid ticket for admission. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket for admission provided they are seated on an adult’s lap.
AISLES: Standing or sitting in aisles or stairs is prohibited. Guests will be asked to keep aisles and stairs clear and return to their seats, and must follow requests from venue staff.
ALCOHOL: Alcohol sales in the general seating areas of Zions Bank Stadium will end at the 75-minute mark for Monarchs games. Alcohol sale end times will vary for other stadium events. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcohol and should be prepared to show proper identification. Irresponsible use or consumption of alcohol or other substances is prohibited.
ANIMALS: Guide, signal, and certified service dogs with proper documentation are permitted inside Zions Bank Stadium with fans that need their assistance. All other animals are Prohibited Items and are not permitted.
ATMs: There is one (1) ATM inside Zions Bank Stadium, located at the end of section 1.
BABY-CHANGING STATIONS: All men’s and women’s restrooms at Zions Bank Stadium are equipped with baby-changing stations.
BANNERS AND SIGNS: Banners and signs are encouraged provided they are not commercial, offensive, or in poor taste. Signs, banners, or flags larger than 3’ x 5’ are Prohibited Items. All banners and signs are subject to approval of content and message. Banners may not obstruct the view of any guests, stadium signage, or present any safety hazards. The following is strictly prohibited:
Displaying messages or images that are threatening, abusive, or discriminatory, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, or religion.
Displaying signs for commercial purposes or for electioneering, campaigning or advocating for or against any candidate, political party, legislative issue, or government action.
BICYCLE PARKING: There are bike racks located on the Southeast corner of the stadium next to Real Academy High School.
BOTTLES, CANS, COOLERS: Outside food or beverages are Prohibited Items unless specifically authorized by the venue. This includes all bottles, cans, or coolers. Fans are still generally allowed to bring in one (1) factory-sealed water bottle per person up to 32oz (as a common exception).
BOX OFFICE: Zions Bank Stadium’s Box Office is located on the Northwest corner of the stadium. The box office can help you on match days from (2) hours prior to match kick-off through halftime. The box office can be reached by calling (801)-727-2844.
CAMERA POLICY: Fans may bring personal, still-photo cameras to capture the special moments from their visit to Zions Bank Stadium. Video cameras, monos/tripods, and professional camera equipment (including but not limited to, battery packs and large commercial video cameras) are Prohibited Items. Professional lenses (anything which extends further than 2” from the camera body) are not permitted inside the stadium. Unauthorized transmissions or play-by-play accounts of the match are also prohibited.

CELLULAR PHONES: Cell phones are welcome inside Zions Bank Stadium. Fans are reminded, however, to make sure that their cell phone conversations are not disruptive. Free WiFi is available throughout Zions Bank Stadium via the “ZBRA Guest” network. Making unauthorized transmissions or play-by-play accounts of the match is prohibited.
CHILDREN: Children 3 and over require a valid ticket for admission. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket for admission provided they are seated on an adult’s lap. If you lose your child during an event, please locate the nearest Guest Services staff member.
CLUB SEATS: Located at mid-field (Section 24) on the East side of the stadium, surrounding the team tunnel where the players enter and leave the field.
CODE OF CONDUCT: All guests agree to abide by the Zions Bank Stadium Fan Code of Conduct and the MLS NEXT Pro Fan Code of Conduct. Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue and/or additional sanctions, including a ban from future matches.
CONCESSIONS: Many exciting food options are available at Zions Bank Stadium, offering a variety of specialty menu items.

DISABLED SERVICES: Accessible parking spaces are available in the parking lots located to the West and South of Zions Bank Stadium. Accessible parking is limited and first-come, first served. The Main Gate on the Northwest corner is ADA accessible. All public restrooms are accessible and equipped with changing stations. Certified service dogs for guests with disabilities are welcome. Wheelchairs are available for transportation purposes only. Wheelchair and Companion Seating is available in Sections 3, 5, 7, 11, 15, 22, & 26.
DRINKING FOUNTAINS: There are multiple drinking fountains throughout Zions Bank Stadium, located by all restrooms.
ELEVATORS: There is one public elevator at Zions Bank Stadium, accessed via the ground floor, East Side of the stadium, by Section 23/24.
EMPLOYMENT: If you are interested in becoming part of the Real Monarchs or Zions Bank Stadium staff, information on open positions can be obtained at: [link].
EVACUATION PROCEDURES: Familiarize yourself with the closest exit. Always remain calm and follow the instructions of the staff and public-address announcements. Failing to follow requests from venue staff regarding emergency response procedures is prohibited.

FAMILY RESTROOMS: All restrooms are equipped with changing stations. There is a Nursing room for mothers located between 20-21.
FAMILY SECTION: Section 9 is the designated family section where no alcohol is allowed.

FIRST AID: First Aid is located on the Southeast corner of the stadium.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE: Outside food or beverages are Prohibited Items (including alcohol and any food or beverage purchased outside the venue) unless specifically authorized. Exceptions are typically made for one (1) factory-sealed water bottle up to 32 oz per person, food/beverage for infants two years of age or younger, and guests with allergy or medical restrictions.
GATES: Gates open 60 minutes prior to kickoff.
GUEST SERVICES: The Guest Services tent is located on the South end of the stadium, to the left of the video board.
LOST CHILDREN / ADULTS: Children who are separated from their family or friends may be escorted to the Guest Services Tent.
LOST & FOUND: Visit the Guest Services Office to report or claim lost items. Fans inquiring about lost items should text the stadium at (385)212-4249.
LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS: Lost or stolen tickets can be replaced only under certain conditions. Please contact the Box Office for replacement guidelines.

NOISE-MAKING DEVICES: Noisemakers, including but not limited to, whistles, horns, and air horns, are Prohibited Items.
NURSING MOTHERS: Nursing mothers in need of private accommodations are welcome to use the family restrooms located near section 20-21.
PAGING: The public-address system may not be used for paging guests except in the event of a medical emergency or special circumstance.

PASSENGER + RIDE SHARE DROP-OFF: Passengers can be dropped off on the South end of the stadium via Academy Parkway.
POSTPONED/CANCELLED EVENTS: Check the Zions Bank Stadium and Real Monarchs websites, as well as RSL social media channels, for information.
PROHIBITED ITEMS: Information on Prohibited Items can be found on the stadium’s Fan Code of Conduct page and includes, but is not limited to: bags larger than 14” x 14” x 6”, outside food/beverages, weapons, flares/fireworks/pyrotechnics, illegal drugs, aerosol cans, professional camera equipment, noisemakers, laser pointers, drones, hover-boards, selfie sticks, signs larger than 3′ x 5′, inflated soccer balls, beach balls, and confetti/streamers.
RE-ENTRY POLICY: Zions Bank Stadium enforces a strict no re-entry policy. Fans may not exit and re-enter the stadium using the same ticket.
RECYCLING: Zions Bank Stadium encourages all fans to recycle using the designated containers located on the concourse and in the suites.
RESTROOMS: Men’s, women’s, and family restrooms are located throughout Zions Bank Stadium near Sections 9, 17/18, 30/31. All restrooms are ADA-compliant.
SECTION 16: Section 16 seats are reserved for Supporter Groups and feature loud chanting, drumming, singing, standing, flags, and festive chaos. By purchasing a ticket in this section, you acknowledge these elements exist.
SMOKING POLICY: Smoking (including both traditional AND E-Cigarettes) is not allowed inside Zions Bank Stadium. The only designated smoking area is on the Northeast corner of the stadium, accessible via the main concourse, and must be at least (50) feet away from the stadium.
SOLICITING AND LITERATURE: Guests are prohibited from distributing literature or soliciting without written permission from Zions Bank Stadium management.
STANDING SECTIONS: Sections 10-16 are recognized supporter sections that feature standing, chanting, singing, flags, and other activities.
STREAMERS: Streamers and confetti are now Prohibited Items. Throwing objects of any kind (including streamers) can result in a ban from the stadium.
STROLLERS: Large strollers can be checked in at the Guest Services Tent. Small, folding strollers may be placed under your seat.
SUPPORTERS GROUPS: Sections 10-16 are the home of the supporter culture, featuring singing, chanting, drums, noise makers, giant tifos, flags, scarves, and passionate language.
TAILGATING: Tailgating is permitted in Zions Bank Real Academy operated parking lots but restricts the use of charcoal or open fires. Please dispose of garbage properly.
TIFO: All TIFO MUST be checked to ensure it is not: Commercial, Political, Offensive, or In Poor Taste. Supporter Groups who repeatedly ignore regulations may have TIFO privileges removed. MLS NEXT Pro rules strictly prohibit displaying signs for commercial purposes or for electioneering/advocating for political issues.

WEAPONS: No weapons of any kind (including, but not limited to, knives, pepper spray, stun guns, concealed weapons, and firearms) are allowed into Zions Bank Stadium.
WHEELCHAIRS: Wheelchair seating is available. Please contact the box office for information.
WILL CALL: All Will Call is located at the Box Office and will remain open on event days from 2 hours prior to event time until halftime of the event.
